• Vomitoxin (DON) A toxin produced by mould, typically Fusarium, which contaminates grains such as wheat, barley, oats rye and maize
• Heavy metals Analysing for levels of lead, cadmium, mercury and inorganic tin
• Pesticides Screening for a range of pesticides and herbicides
• Dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs Highly toxic by-products of industrial processes, associated with cancer promotion
